Reminder: As you level, take the Educated perk as soon as you can for the additional skill points between levels. Next you have a sit-down with doc and do some psycho analysis mumbo jumbo. We will get all the important ones to 10 and the rest will be respectable. Distribute them as such:Ħ STR, 5 Per, 5 End, 4 Cha, 8 INT (for more skill points between levels), 5 Agi, 7 Luck A very nice twist.The doc will have you walk over to a vigor tester and decide on your S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
However this makes the NCR worthy of its name and boosts its “visual” presence.
I think this mod is quite good, although some aspects could be a tad more improved (such as the variety of armors). It basically revamps the way all of the NCR Troopers look making them much more badass than they are in the base game.
